Sunday, August 17, 2008
-
The 2nd Annual Tour de Millersburg finished up today as a rousing success.  191 bicyclists participated in the weekend long event which was an overwhelming increase over last year's 70 participants.  The Millersburg Fire Company was honored to help again this year with a variety of tasks.  One of the areas in which the fire company assisted was with a bicycle safety class and course set up by Officer Ulsh of the Millersburg Police Department.  The Utility served as a chase vehicle for Pod 2 and 4 for the road race on Sunday and the Attack stood by along Route 25 in the event of any accident.  The fire company looks forward to next year!
